Why Ai Onion Reviews?
After 30 years as a recruitment agency owner, inhouse Recruitment Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for some of the world's leading organisations. I have , bought, used and most of the job boards and candidate tools on the market, not forgetting that I have also been a candidate, so I believe that I has a rather unique perspective on the the good, bad and indifferent.
Unfortunately not all Job boards and candidate tools are made equal. Over the years I have seen countless candidates frustrated and bewildered by their job search, however some of this is due to them using the wrong tools in the wrong way, at AI Onion reviews we aim to correct this.

Who is it for?
Otta.com is not a generalist job-board, with its focus being more Technical biased, but also includes, marketing, sales, HR, Legal and some adminisation roles, whilst aiming at organisations who are more start-up/scale-up in nature, however they do have some well established organisation their roster.
Should you use Otta.com
Yes of course you should, however to have to select your skills wisely to ensure that internal recruiters reviewing your details really understand what you're looking for, I would also suggest as they reformat your CV, I would follow up with an interested organisation with your own CV.
