Why Ai Onion Reviews?
After 30 years as a recruitment agency owner, inhouse Recruitment Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for some of the world's leading organisations. I have , bought, used and most of the job boards and candidate tools on the market, not forgetting that I have also been a candidate, so I believe that I has a rather unique perspective on the the good, bad and indifferent.
Unfortunately not all Job boards and candidate tools are made equal. Over the years I have seen countless candidates frustrated and bewildered by their job search, however some of this is due to them using the wrong tools in the wrong way, at AI Onion reviews we aim to correct this.
What is Monster.com
Ai Onion reviews Monster.com- Launched in 1999 and hence claimed to be of one of the origianls in the Job Board marketplace. Known for being a very generalist job board covering most sectors, but having a core focus for administration in its formative years.
Although there are some useful features, I feel that the site is showing its age and like a number of these older job boards they have their focus very firmly on the client (the paying customer) and not really providing much for the candidate that cannot be found in more modern job boards.

Who is it for?
If you are either starting your career and job search and or want lots of career/job information in one place then this is a great place to start. However, if you're looking for a more sophisticated job search experience then there are better alternatives on the market. I would always suggest candidates add their CV to this type of site, however , but, suggest you make if super focussed, plus adding a very targeted job search otherwise it is easy to become overwhelmed with the number and variation roles, many of which will not be suitable, however this could yeld some ideas and maybe a few results.
Should you use Monster.com
As mentioned there is value in every job board on the market, however if I were looking for a sophisticated job search experience, there are others better suited, however Monster.com has some nice education and insights that could be very useful.
