I'm Ray Baptiste. I've spent over 30 years in recruitment and talent acquisition,  agency side, in-house, RPO and everything in between. I've run desks, built teams, and seen every attempt to "transform" recruitment with technology, from the first job boards in the 90s to today's AI hype.

Most of it has been noise. But AI agents are different. Not because the technology is magic , it isn't,  but because for the first time, we can automate the genuinely low-value work that eats up a recruiter's day: formatting CVs, rewriting job ads, chasing confirmations, sending status updates, recruitment marketing.

I founded Aionion to help recruitment teams adopt AI properly, not by buying another SaaS tool they'll stop using in three months, but by implementing agents that are built around how their team actually works.

HireStackAi is the platform I've built to deliver this. It's recruitment-specific, it's practical, and it's already live with working agents. The consulting side, auditing workflows, configuring agents, training teams,  is how we make sure it actually sticks.
